Reheating Instructions:
Before we tell you how to reheat we just wanted to encourage you to PLATE YOUR FOOD after you reheat it. You’re about to eat some exquisite locally sourced deliciousness that has been voted the Best Gourmet To Go in New Hampshire five years running. Take a moment, put it on a plate, maybe pour yourself a glass of wine, and dig in!
Most individual meals can be reheated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes by simply lifting one corner of the plastic lid up, heating, carefully removing lid, and eating. For lasagnas or shepherd’s pies it may be necessary to heat for 2 minutes, cut into smaller pieces and then heat an additional minute and a half. *We highly recommend ditching the microwave whenever time permits and reheating in an oven, toaster oven, or an air fryer.
MICROWAVE: Reheat 2-3 minutes on high
OVEN: Reheat 20 minutes at 375
TOASTER OVEN: Reheat 20 minutes at 375
AIR FRYER: Reheat 8-10 minutes at 350
FAMILY MEALS OVEN: Reheat (covered) in aluminum tray for 20-25 minutes at 375 *for mac and cheese, pasta, and mashed potatoes: take out halfway through cook time, stir, then complete cooking **lasagnas and shepherd's pies may require additional heating time as well as removing cover for last 5 minutes
Cauliflower crust and cauliflower crust pizzas can be reheated in the microwave, if necessary, but for maximum crispiness reheat in the oven, toaster oven, or air fryer, at high heat.

- Please use caution removing hot things from ovens and putting them in your mouth.
- Please do not put clear plastic salad or side containers into the microwave or in any oven.
- Please do not put black plastic containers into any ovens or air fryers. They are microwave and freezer safe, 100% recyclable, and awesome for reusing after you wash them, but they are plastic!
- Please make sure all your fire detectors work if you’ve ever thought it was a good idea to put plastic into the oven.
